Fat loss

"If fat loss is your goal, your priorities are in this order:

1) nutrition
2) weight training
3) conditioning

In terms of conditioning, metabolic finishers, sprints, sled work, complexes etc trump traditional cardio majority of the time. Think intensity over duration.

Basically, work smarter, not longer."
